Welcome to my blog and find out why I created the blog.

Please watch 1 min 12 second video or keep reading (the below is NOT a transcript of the video) ...

Welcome to my blog and thank you for taking the time to read my posts.  I wanted to share briefly why I created the blog and what I hope readers get from it.  I have been serving the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) since 2014 and I realize I get the "same" questions asked of me, so I thought it would be fun to post my response in a blog. However, I do want to emphasize a few things:

1) I have a perfectionistic tendency, so I keep editing the posts as I think of different scenarios which makes the post too long and un-readable =)

2) The answer might not be applicable or cover your situation exactly, but keep in mind the posts are really conversation starters and just gives you an idea / response to the question being answered

3) If you have specific question about your situation, please do ask.  Email me at AlbertYu@GloriaYuHomes.com and

4) Please leave feedback (good and/or bad)

5) Finally, if you have any questions, please do email me and I will try my best to answer them or use them in a future blog post =)

  1. Pretty cool idea Albert! I think to mitigate Note #1 - rather than going back to edit, you should probably just have "series" where you publish a new post instead and in your old post you can link to the new scenario post. Just so it's more readable :)

    1. Thanks for the feedback. As I was reading the post, I realize I meant to say, I keep editing the posts before I publish and therefore it never gets 'finished', so I am just going to seek excellence (doing the best I can with the time and resources I have) and as new information comes out, I will do as you suggested.

  2. Tried out the SchoolQ website and got a report for my own neighbourhood. It's pretty comprehensive. I think I'll use it to research different neighbourhoods. Interesting tool... thanks for sharing it.
